  • Full time DSP positions start with a wage of $11.25/hour.  Each employee receives an excellent benefit package which includes life insurance at no cost to the employee and a health insurance package where Aspire pays 87% of the basic premium..  Annual leave and sick leave hours are also each accrued at a rate of 1 1/2 weeks each the first year.  These benefits begin after successfully completing their 60 day initial orientation period.
