Providing Quality Services

With a staff of 100+, we provide support to our participants every day of the week, day and night. With a variety of shift options, you can find a schedule that is conducive to your lifestyle. Part-time positions are a great way to get a taste for the job.

We serve participants living in their own homes or apartments, living with family or living in a shared environment. In addition to residential assistance, we provide support within vocations and in the community. Employees are hired to work from a base location/department, but may be asked to work in other locations during their shift if needed to fulfill staffing requirements.

Performs periodic and daily custodial tasks to ensure all quality standards are met.

Retirement

401 K

  • Employees are eligible after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked
  • Aspire matches up to 5% of employee contributions

Accrued Leave

FT Vacation Leave

  • 8 hours/month – 1st year
  • 10 hours/month – 2nd-5th year
  • 13 hours/month – 6th and subsequent years

Maximum accrual cannot exceed that earned in 16 months.

FT Sick Leave

  • 8 hours/month
  • Sick leave may be accrued to 480 hours (60 days)

PT Vacation Leave

  • 4 hours/month – 1st year
  • 5 hours/month – 2nd-5th year
  • 6 hours/month – 6th and subsequent years

Maximum accrual cannot exceed that earned in 16 months.

PT Sick Leave

  • 4 hours/month
  • Sick leave may be accrued to 240 hours

These benefits are available to employees after the successful completion of probationary period.

Paid Holidays

  • 10 paid holidays
