Why is construction beginning before all of the funds are raised?
We have strong financial stewardship and are building responsibility. There is a financial advantage to Aspire to build both properties at one time. Like any well-managed non-profit, Aspire maintains operating reserves to ensure it can continue to provide essential services. Building a new residential home is a one-time capital investment. We're inviting the community to help complete something extraordinary, protecting the long-term sustainability of Aspire's services while investing in the future.
