George Casanova Award

George Casanova Distinguished Service Award

Each September Aspire honors an employee with the George Casanova Distinguished Service Award.  George was one of the founders of the Aspire Foundation.  His dedication and service is commendable.  George is a well-respected, community-minded individual who gives freely of his time to Aspire.  He is a trusted friend and advocate for Aspire, and we are a better organization because of our relationship with George.

The award committee is comprised of community members, people supported by Aspire, Inc. and staff members who meet each year to select a person who has made a contribution that directly benefits the welfare of people supported by Aspire, Inc.  This may include personal contributions such as volunteer work, promotion of community education, or other involvement within the agency that contributes towards our strategic initiatives and moves us forward in our mission and vision for the future.
