May Shooting Star Award Winner

Aspire is proud to recognize Ariel Ludwig as our May Shooting Star Award Winner!

 

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Shooting Star nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded at our monthly staff meeting.  All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Shooting Star Award winner.

Ariel has been so helpful to Kristen and I by helping out with another location lately with no complaints. She has taken on the last minute shopping trips to last minute schedule changes. She is ALWAYS willing to help us out whatever it may be. She has been a saint to us as we are still learning the location and about the ladies that live there.

She will even bounce back and fourth between her home location and the other location throughout the night if someone over there needs something. She is a true advocate for the ladies over there and ensures all staff are comfortable in performing their tasks and just doing anything that is needed for the ladies.

She may be the assistant supervisor at her home location but with there no longer being day staff there she has taken on the assistant supervisor role for the other location as well. She is such a big help and we couldn’t thank her enough!
