September Shooting Star Award Winner

Aspire is proud to recognize Autumn Pitz as our September Shooting Star Award Winner!

 

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Shooting Star nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded at our monthly staff meeting.  All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Shooting Star Award winner.

When Autumn started employment with Aspire was probably the worst time ever (when COVID-19 hit). We were shut down so we were not able to meet anyone, we were not doing zoom meetings yet. On the first day of learning her job, we had two people lose their jobs but she stayed.

Autumn has hit the road running. She has picked up on her job duties. She has developed materials for teaching people that need extra help learning skills to maintain and keep the job. People on her caseload appreciated her and all the work she does with helping them to find jobs; from searching to filling out paperwork to attending interviews and helping them feel comfortable.

Autumn is professional in appearance and when conversing with employers. She is taking the Customized Employment course via Zoom and is excited about learning new ways of figuring out more about the people she is finding employment for. She has also been picking up shifts in the homes.

Autumn loves to work and puts her heart and soul into anything she is doing. She goes the extra mile to get the job done and has a positive attitude.

Thank you Autumn for sticking with it. Thank you for the passion you show for your job. We appreciate all that you do!!
