Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring of activities and supports pertinent to the services provided by Aspire, Inc. to the people supported assigned to their caseload. A key responsibility will be to work closely with all stake holders in achieving ongoing excellence in supports provided by Aspire, Inc. to be in compliance with all policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and requirements for CQL accreditation.
Requirements for Employment
- Must posses a minimum of four-year degree in the Human Service or closely related field.
- Review daily reports to identify and prioritize trends, changes, potential issues or restrictions that need to be addressed.
- Responsible for maintaining people's records, forms and reports and as required by the agency and other licensing bodies.
- Advocated and ensure that each person's rights and due process have been upheld. Must prioritize, organize, meet timelines, and be detail orientated.
- Must make important decisions, and exercise discretion and judgment.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and written (including human relations skills to deal effectively with all stake holders in person or on the telephone).
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Zoom (or other virtual meeting platforms); and general online platforms.
- A valid drivers license and proof of insurability.
- Ability to transport people supported throughout the community along with associated supplies.
Physical Demands of the Job
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, kneel, bend, stoop, lift moderate weights and pull/push items.
