July Un-Be-Leaf-Able Award Winner

 

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Un-Be-Leaf-Able nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded monthly.  

All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Un-Be-Leaf-Able Award winner.

Char Jensen, Team Lead DSP

A new direct support professional (DSP) arrived on their first day feeling nervous and anxious, but Char welcomed them with a warm smile and provided guidance every step of the way.  Thanks to Char’s encouragement and mentorship, the new DSP quickly gained confidence and has directly credited their early success to Char’s support!  “She is kind, thoughtful, informative, patient and always willing to at least try to answer any questions anyone has.”

The passion for the people we support is evident in everything she does.  Whether she’s mentoring others, sharing her expertise during medication passes, or finding small ways to make everyone’s job easier, Char always goes above and beyond.  “We as employees who work with her and the people we support are extremely blessed to have her!!”
