June Un-Be-Leaf-Able Award Winner

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Un-Be-Leaf-Able nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded monthly.  

All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Un-Be-Leaf-Able Award winner.

Odeen is energetic, helpful, and provides security for the people we support.  She engages and treats them with respect and dignity, making her a safe person for them to confide in.  She shows up 100% for all her shifts and goes above and beyond in her daily tasks.  She assists with not only the people we support but also other direct support professionals.  During a UKERU training course, she asked clarifying questions to help improve everyone’s understanding and provided insight, keeping it feeling like a conversation rather than a presentation.  We appreciate Odeen’s hard work, dedication, and attitude to all!
