June Un-Be-Leaf-Able Award Winner

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Un-Be-Leaf-Able nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded monthly.  

All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Un-be-leaf-able Award winner.

Some Super Hero’s wear a flowing cape and their costume on the outside of their clothing!!! Our recent Super Hero has black flowing hair and wears her costume under her clothing!! In May , Tammy was picking up a shift at one of the houses, when her Super Hero powers were needed the most!!! One of the gentleman was eating a sandwich and started to choke. With Tammy’s quick action by evaluating the situation and doing the Heimlich maneuver, this gentleman was able to luckily dislodge the piece of sandwich. Not only did Tammy SAVE this gentleman’s life at the time of the incident, she made sure that other staff knew what happened to be able to monitor him the rest of the night. Our SUPER HERO TAMMY was in the right place at the right time. Aspire is so blessed to have you working for us!!!!!!
