November Shooting Star Award Winner

Aspire is proud to recognize Tara Woods as our November Shooting Star Award Winner!

 

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Shooting Star nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded at our monthly staff meeting.  All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Shooting Star Award winner.

I would like to recognize Tara for her efforts to support a gentleman on her caseload during his illness, especially in his last days while he was hospitalized. Tara delivered pictures of his parents to the hospital, she called to check on his condition, and she was granted permission to visit him in his critical state at the hospital on the day before his passing.

I am always amazed by the compassion our Aspire team members have when they support someone who is ill, especially when they are in critical condition, or going through the death process. But this kind of support….to go into a covid unit in the hospital during a pandemic is truly Above and Beyond what is expected…but thank you Tara for your selflessness and compassion. I am so proud to have someone like you on the Aspire Team.
