April Un-be-leaf-able Award Winner 2024

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Un-Be-Leaf-Able nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded monthly.  

All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Un-be-leaf-able Award winner.

Late in March we were preparing for the Blizzard of the Year – we were expected to get 12-18 inches of snow of the the course of three days.  Well all know what that means, right? People need rides to get to work and this time it proved to be a little more of a challenge as we were down a work truck that is typically used for transportation during inclement weather. I proceeded to come up with a list of staff that may be able to provide transportation – the only catch was that they would have to use their own vehicle. so I made my wat to my first person of choice, Robert. I explained to Robert what the situation was and if he would be willing to help out and without any hesitation Robert said, “Yeah”. Was I surprised? Not at all, because I can’t think of a time when I have asked Robert to do something for me or for Aspire and he has declined to help. He is just one of those guys that you can cound on no matter what the sitation is. He is the “Go To Guy” and I can’t thank him enough for helping me out once again.
