June Shooting Star Award Winner

Aspire is proud to recognize Therese Haberman as our June Shooting Star Award Winner!

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Shooting Star nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded at our monthly staff meeting.  All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Shooting Star Award winner.

I recently worked an overnight at one of the homes.  One of the ladies that lives there was displaying some possible pre-seizure activity.  I asked Therese if she would mind helping me assist this lady into bed for the night before she left.  The lady’s nighttime routine took a little longer that night.  Therese was awesome!  She was patient and kind the entire time and didn’t make it know that her shift was over a while ago.

I really appreciated her staying and helping out until we had the person safely in bed. She was kind and professional and let me know she was happy to help.  Therese is fairly new and her willingness to help was very, very appreciated!  Thank you Therese!  You are one of the many that makes Aspire awesome!
