September Shooting Star Award Winner

Aspire is proud to recognize George Rohrbach as our September Shooting Star Award Winner!

Each month Aspire collects outstanding employee recognition called Shooting Star nominations.  These are voted upon and awarded at our monthly staff meeting.  All of the monthly award winners are voted upon each year to select our yearly Shooting Star Award winner.

I would like to acknowledge George for taking over part of the night custodial duties until another person is found. George does an awesome job with making sure the restrooms are clean. It bothers him that he does not get to fulfill his other duties on a daily basis. George makes sure to get to those duties done as well sometime during the week.

George has tried to fit in deep cleaning including dusting chair bottoms, cleaning dirty ceiling vents, and vacuuming when it’s convenient and not disruptive for office staff. He takes pride in doing a quality job, and hiss attention to detail is appreciated. (He even talks sweetly to my office plants to encourage them to grow! Talk about going the extra mile).

Thank you George for your extra work you are doing. We appreciate you willing to help out during this time.  Keep up the good work!
